* Raising machine quotations accurately within the time frame required by the salesman, using the accounting system, e-mailing and posting copies to the customer and other relevant people
* Collect customer orders and Biesse order form from the Area Managers and the MTO from the Regional Managers.
* Input orders into Group Software using the procedures laid down by Group Controllers.
* Input orders using the accounting system, according to the Sales Administration procedure and liaising with our sales department with regards to payment terms and other details regarding each order.
* Generate the order acknowledgement and then get it approved by the MD and posted to the customer
* Receive the copy of the order acknowledgement signed by the customer.
* Update the machine delivery board when deliveries have been organized.
* Updating and maintaining the sales department CRM contained in the Group Software when any changes occur.
* Maintain stock levels for sales literature for the wood division, liaising with the Marketing Department

b) TRANSPORTATION OF MACHINES

* Arrange the transport of the machine after confirming that the machine is ready and the customer can take it and liaising with relevant departments within Biesse UK and Biesse Italy

c) MACHINE INVOICING

* Update and maintain the machine master file when changes occur.
* Raise the deposit invoice once the order has been placed by the customer.
* Raise the delivery and final invoice (or finance invoice) prior to the scheduled delivery

d) MACHINE CREDIT CONTROL

* Deposit payment must be paid for the order to be processed.
