DOMICILIARY CARE MANAGER - NORTHAMPTON - Northampton, Northamptonshire
A Domiciliary Care Manager is required to join this well-respected local independent care recruitment company in the creation and development of a new domiciliary service.
As a Domiciliary Care Manager you will be responsible for creating, implementing and delivering care plans to a range of clients throughout the surrounding area. You will also have the opportunity to provide an informative and challenging training plan for new staff as they join you at this organisation.
You will be responsible for leading a team of care workers, therefore you should possess the ability to lead by example and provide a professional, client focused and reliable service at all times.
To be considered for this position you will need:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager
3 year experience of managing a Domiciliary Care Manager
NVQ 4 in Care Management and be fully conversant with National Minimum Care Standards
You will have previous knowledge of providing detailed care plans, negotiating/communication skills whilst ensuring the needs of the clients are consistently exceeded
You will have excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in an ever changing environment
