Operations Manager - Heat Pumps - Northamptonshire, Northamptonshire
Operations Manager is required for a leading heat pump company. You will be required to oversee a number of projects managers and manage all project development. A technical M&E background is required along with knowledge of the heat pump market. You be required to read & interrogate heat pump designs.
My client is involved mainly in commercial heat pump projects.
Role:
Oversee 3 project managers
Provide information for preparation of indicative cost.
Submit contract to Client for execution prior to commencement.
Ensure provision of thermal modelling for feasibility report.
Liaise with design and installation partners.
Ensure relevant permissions are in place; planning, EA, etc.
Ensure Risk assessments, Health & Safety Plan, Method Statements etc
Sign off detailed designs from design partners and agree costs
Attend Site Meetings.
Monitor final commissioning.
Requirements:
Degree or HND qualified.
Thorough understanding of Civils and M&E elements
Commercially Astute
Excellent Communication Skills
Holder of CSCS card
Full clean driving licence
Experience in the renewables sector highly advantageous but not essential
