Looking for a Branch Manager, the ideal candidate for this role with either be at this level already or will be a Senior Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager looking for the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities for the role will be:
- To effectively manage and motivate sales team
- To ensure that targets are met
- To convert market appraisals into new instructions
- To promote Financial Services and other products
You will have a proven track record in valuation to instruction and will be keen to be part of a successful business.
