Your role will include:

*To provide a consistent high level of service to a group of important customers through a single point of contact 
*Placing up to 30-40 orders a week ensuring details are input and validated accurately and in line with SLA&amp;#39;s 
*Dealing with customer enquires ensuring an understanding of issues and resolving 
*Managing stock and haulage queries liaising with internal departments 
*Effectively balance customer requirements with internal business critical targets 
*Support the team and department in the delivery of company objectives 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues. Experience with in the FMCG environment would be advantageous but not essential. Experience and Skills required:

Key Technical Skills: 

- At least 3 years relevant admin experience ideally in an HR admin role.
- Experience of working with high admin volumes, to tight deadlines to defined performance standards. 
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literate including MS Office suite.

Key Behavioural Competencies:

- Detail conscious &amp;acirc;&amp;#128;&amp;#147; excellent attention to detail and low error rates.
